What’s Inside: 31 Biblical reasons why you should not give in to fear as a mom and what you should cling to instead.
As mothers, we face many uncertainties. Everything from what happens to our kids, illnesses we face, how we provide for our families, and even how the devil attacks our home. With Jesus on our side, we have reason not to give into fear.
It’s easier said than done to try to give our fears to God. However, when we do that, we are taking that control, throwing it off of our shoulders and onto Jesus’ shoulders.
Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-30, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.“
Holding onto fear and anxiety is a heavy burden to bear.
