God is so faithful to us that He gives us His peace so that our spirit, body, and soul can stay calm and steady until Christ’s return.

Lamentations 3:23

“Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.”

I love this verse. No matter what we’ve done in the days before, God’s faithfulness allows us to start over every morning. He shows mercy (compassion and favor) to us and promises we can start afresh every day.

I reminder her that God’s faithful promises become a strong armor wing of protection around her that will shelter her from anything.

Luke 16:10

“If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities.”

Jesus says that we are entrusted with small things. If we answer the call and are faithful to God in what He has given us, He will entrust us with more and more. However, there is a downside to this. He says if you’re dishonest with what God gives you, you won’t be proven trustworthy with bigger responsibility.
